Canary Records Serial Burglar In Hell’s Kitchen

The NYPD are looking for information regarding a suspected serial burglar who has been implicated in six burglaries in midtown Manhattan. Since February, the suspected thief has allegedly been using fire escapes to break into apartments in Hell’s Kitchen—making off with credit cards, jewelry and other valuables. After six months, police finally have a good picture of the suspect, thanks to a Canary user who captured footage of the suspect when he showed up outside her window.

Anyone with information in regards to any of these incidents is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS. The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers Website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or texting their tips to 274637(CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
