Service Update Details

We recently announced enhancements to Canary’s basic service plan based on recent customer feedback, and want to make sure you’re aware of these updates, as there are a number of features launching improving everyone’s experience.

• As of yesterday, we’ve extended the length of recorded video clips from 10 seconds to 30 seconds.
• We’re also relaunching Night mode for all Canary users. In the first week of December, we are reintroducing this scheduling feature on the basic plan, so you can set your Canary to record video and notify you during the night.
• Finally, to make the added features of Canary Premium Service more affordable we’re simplifying the pricing. Premium Service is now only $9.99/month or $99/year for your first device, and each additional device to your location is $2.99/month or $29/year.
• Free 3 Months—Membership:If you’d like to test out Membership, simply use the code Free3Trial (anytime before November 10th) to be automatically be upgraded in the Canary app.
